Promptness of response : He contacted me within 5 minutes of completing the enquiry form on-line and had done his survey within 2 hours of first contact. EPC certificate was available after the weekend
Quality of service : His survey was quite rushed but he appears to have covered all the required elements and produced what I consider to be an accurate report very quickly.
Professionalism : He is clearly keen to do business and produced an EPC very quickly and professionally. We did not need floor plans so cannot comment on this service he offers as well.
